I saw this chart on how much musicians/bands make per stream on Spotify, iTunes, etc.  To say it’s beyond criminal what their paying them would be an understatement.  Spotify just reported it has added 20 million more subscribers to their service.  Record companies are embracing streaming services to get their artists music out there.  Are the labels just as guilty?  80 million subscribers on Spotify, 40 million on iTunes, and your average musician lives below the poverty line.  Yet, these companies are making millions off your talents.  Many of us use Spotify or iTunes, but the musician needs to be compensated fairly.
