Scott Sorry Wakefield benefitWhen it was announced that former Wildhearts bassist Scott Sorry had been diagnosed with a brain tumour, the band’s community quickly rallied around to find ways to help raise money to go towards the high medical bills he faces. A ‘Go Fund Me’ page was set up by Rich Jones, there have been T- shirts specially commissioned and a series of benefit gigs announced. Ben H went along to the latest of these, where The Wildhearts were joined by The Professionals, Sonic Boom Six, Massive Wagons, Kid Klumsy and Chris Catalyst to help out a rock ‘n’ roll buddy:
