Orphaned Land artworkIt’s fair to say that whilst Israeli band Orphaned Land haven’t got the typical rock’n’roll story permeating their 25+ year career, they have a very unique history unlike any other band. How many bands do you know that have had three internationally recognised peace awards? Clearly coming from the region they do, it’s given them a distinctly unique perspective on the world, which comes across in the songs. And not least with this new album, their sixth in total, as Big Nick explains on the other side of this link:
