NOT only is former KISS guitarist Vinnie Vincent coming out of hiding to meet fans this Friday – he has now deigned to do a radio interview.
“Enigmatic” just doesn’t do the job in describing Vincent, guitarist for KISS between 1982 and 1984 who hasn’t been seen in public for years. A Swedish documentary crew recently failed to track him down and concluded he was now living as a woman.
That and other questions will finally be answered when Vincent, 65, hosts a Q&A at Atlanta Marriott Hotel & Conference Center.
Now radio host Eddie Trunk, who will host his daily Sirius XM satellite radio program from the Expo, has announced he has secured an interview with the so called “ankh warrior”.
“I’ll be broadcasting #TrunkNation live from the Atlanta @KISSOnline Expo this Friday,” Trunl Tweeted.
“Just confirmed Vinnie Vincent will join me live on air! Tune in for this exclusive conversation. 2-4P ET @siriusxmvolume 106. VV expected to be on by 3P ET live!”
Vincent was late last week quoted extensively in a media release from the Expo, which has sold out of all tickets which range in price from US$45 to US$289.
Vincent said: “Dear fans, I’m happy and excited to be seeing all of you at the Atlanta KISS Expo on January 20, 2018.
It’s been a long time coming, and I know we’re going to have an amazing and memorable time. I look forward to meeting you, signing autographs, taking photos, answering your questions an and generally having a fun weekend. It will be a celebration for one and all! Thank you for your love and faith.”
